A BILL

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish name, image, and likeness investment accounts for student-athletes, and for other purposes.

NIL Investment Accounts

Registration and other requirements of athlete agents and athletic associations

Private right of action

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Helping Undergraduate Students Thrive with Long-Term Earnings Act” or the “HUSTLE Act”.
