Amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to require undesignated funds from the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program to be used.

The RECAPTURE Act amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to require that any remaining funds from the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program that have not been designated for a specific purpose be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury for deficit reduction. This applies to funds that remain after eligible entities have been allocated their grants and any specific purposes have been fulfilled.
