Amends the Older Americans Act to fund research on family caregivers and revise their definition.

The Family Caregiving Research and Innovation Act amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize funding for the Research, Demonstration, and Evaluation Center for the Aging Network. This funding will support research and evaluation activities focused on family caregivers. The bill revises the definition of "family caregiver" to include adults providing care to older individuals or those with Alzheimer's disease, and older relative caregivers. It also authorizes $30 million annually from fiscal years 2026 through 2030 for these research and evaluation activities.
