REVOKE Act restricts security clearances for ex-Defense Department officials lobbying for China.

The REVOKE Act mandates the suspension or revocation of security clearances for retired or separated military and civilian Department of Defense employees who lobby for entities identified as Chinese military companies. The Secretary of Defense may waive this restriction for up to 180 days if it is deemed to be in the national security interest of the United States.
