To amend section 111 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit barricading while evading arrest.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Secure Takedown and Obstruction Prevention Act” or the “STOP Act”.
