Mr. Banks introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Armed Services

A BILL

To authorize the appropriation of $10,000,000,000 to the Department of Defense for military support to secure the borders of the United States.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Border Security is National Security Act”.
