The Dennis John Benigno Traumatic Brain Injury Program Reauthorization Act of 2025 amends the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the Traumatic Brain Injury program through 2030. It expands the program's focus to include populations at higher risk for traumatic brain injury, such as those affected by domestic violence or sexual assault and public safety officers. The Act also mandates the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to make publicly available aggregated information on traumatic brain injury, including data on higher-risk populations and strategies for prevention.
