A BILL
To repeal title II of the REAL ID Act of 2005 in order to safeguard civil liberties and individual privacy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Safeguarding Personal Information Act of 2025”.
