The Crystal Reservoir Conveyance Act directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to the City of Ouray, Colorado, certain land managed by the Forest Service, including Crystal Reservoir and its associated infrastructure. The conveyance is subject to conditions, such as the City agreeing to maintain the land as open space for public recreational access, assume responsibility for repairs and maintenance, and manage water rights according to Colorado law. The Secretary will pay most costs associated with the conveyance, while the City will cover survey costs.
