A BILL
To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to exclude certain student income from eligibility determinations, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Food Eligibility for Education and Development Act of 2025” or the “FEED Act of 2025”.
