1. Short title; table of contents; 2. Sense of Congress; 3. Statement of policy; 4. Selection of new priority countries; 5. Annual Global Fragility Act Steering Committee meeting on policy alignment; 6. Implementation of the Global Fragility Strategy; 7. Global fragility report and strategy; 8. Reauthorization of the Prevention and Stabilization Fund; 9. Reauthorization of the Complex Crises Fund; 10. Use of Economic Support Fund to support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities
