The West Bank Violence Prevention Act of 2025 seeks to prevent violence in the West Bank and impose sanctions on foreign persons who endanger U.S. national security and undermine prospects for a two-state solution. The act authorizes the President to block and prohibit transactions in property and interests in property of foreign persons involved in illegal violent acts in the West Bank. Sanctions include inadmissibility to the U.S., visa ineligibility, and asset blocking. The President can waive sanctions if it is in the national security interests of the United States.
