A BILL
To impose sanctions relating to the support of the People’s Republic of China for the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Severing Technology Transfer Operations and Partnerships between China and Russia Act of 2025” or the “STOP China and Russia Act of 2025”.
