Enhances student and exchange visitor visa programs.

The Student Visa Integrity Act of 2025 aims to improve student and exchange visitor visa programs by implementing several measures. It mandates that not more than 10% of the time spent by an alien student in class or credits earned per session can be counted toward the full course of study requirement if the class is taken online or through distance education and does not require the student's physical attendance. It also restricts aliens from certain countries from participating in flight training or nuclear studies.
