The Chairman James Mountain Inhofe Recognition Act of 2025 amends the United States Code to redesignate the Department of Defense Africa Center for Strategic Studies as the James M. Inhofe Africa Center for Strategic Studies. All references to the Department of Defense Africa Center for Strategic Studies in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States will be deemed to refer to the James M. Inhofe Africa Center for Strategic Studies.
