A BILL
To provide a process for granting lawful permanent resident status to aliens from certain countries who meet certain eligibility requirements, and for other purposes.
Adjustment of status of certain foreign nationals
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short titles.
This Act may be cited as the “Safe Environment from Countries Under Repression and Emergency Act” or the “SECURE Act”.
