A BILL
To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for the testing of a community-based palliative care model.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Expanding Access to Palliative Care Act”.
