A BILL

To establish an interactive online dashboard to improve public access to information about grant funding related to mental health and substance use disorder programs.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Achieving Thorough Transparency and Accessibility for Information Navigation on Mental Health Act of 2025” or the “ATTAIN Mental Health Act”.
