A BILL
To combat the sexual exploitation of children by supporting victims and promoting accountability and transparency by the tech industry.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Strengthening Transparency and Obligations to Protect Children Suffering from Abuse and Mistreatment Act of 2025” or the “STOP CSAM Act of 2025”.
