Joshua Tree National Park Expansion Act expands park boundary, transfers jurisdiction, and renames visitor center.

The Joshua Tree National Park Expansion Act amends the California Desert Protection Act of 1994 to expand the boundary of Joshua Tree National Park by adding approximately 20,149 acres. It transfers administrative jurisdiction over the added land from the Bureau of Land Management to the National Park Service. The Secretary of the Interior can acquire land within the park boundary through donation, purchase from a willing seller, exchange, or transfer, with a limitation on acquiring land owned by the State of California or its subdivisions, which can only be acquired by donation or exchange.
