A BILL
To establish the Commission on American Quantum Information Science Dominance, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Quantum Leadership in Emerging Applications and Policy Act of 2025” or the “Quantum LEAP Act of 2025”.
