A BILL
To establish standards for trauma kits purchased using funds provided under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Improving Police Critical Aid for Responding to Emergencies Act” or the “Improving Police CARE Act”.
