The land will be part of the Lower Elwha Indian Reservation. The Secretary of the Interior must conduct a survey to define the boundaries of the land and may make minor boundary adjustments or correct errors in maps or descriptions. The land will not be subject to valuation, appraisal, or equalization requirements. Importantly, this action does not affect treaty rights under the Treaty of Point No Point.
