The Protecting Military Servicemembers Data from Foreign Adversaries Act of 2025 makes it unlawful for data brokers to sell, resell, license, trade, or otherwise provide lists of military servicemembers to any covered nation or person controlled by a covered nation. The Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general can enforce this Act. The Comptroller General must report to Congress on the enforcement of this Act.
