A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to punish the distribution of fentanyl resulting in death as felony murder.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Felony Murder for Deadly Fentanyl Distribution Act of 2025”.
