A BILL
To amend the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to strengthen adult education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Adult Education Workforce Opportunity and Reskilling for Knowledge and Success Act” or the “Adult Education WORKS Act”.
