The United States-Cuba Trade Act of 2025 lifts the trade embargo on Cuba and normalizes trade relations.

The United States-Cuba Trade Act of 2025 removes restrictions on remittances to Cuba, allows U.S. telecommunications companies to operate in Cuba, and removes Cuba from the list of countries subject to export controls. It also repeals the Cuban Democracy Act of 1992 and the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (LIBERTAD) Act of 1996, and extends nondiscriminatory trade treatment to Cuba.
