A BILL
To modify the boundaries of the Talladega National Forest, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Talladega National Forest boundary modification.
- (a) In general.—The boundaries of the Talladega National Forest are modified to include the land depicted on the map entitled “Talladega National Forest Proposed Proclamation Boundary Addition” and dated September 6, 2024.
- (b) Map.—The map described in subsection (a) shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate office of the Forest Service.
