Amends the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993 to add land to the Sarvis Creek Wilderness.

The Sarvis Creek Wilderness Completion Act amends the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993 to add approximately 6,817 acres of land within the Routt National Forest to the Sarvis Creek Wilderness. The Secretary of Agriculture may permit Indian Tribes access to this area for traditional, religious, and cultural purposes. The Act also allows for activities necessary for the control of fire, insects, and diseases in the Sarvis Creek Wilderness Addition.
