The Sarvis Creek Wilderness Completion Act adds approximately 6,817 acres to the Sarvis Creek Wilderness in Colorado.

The Sarvis Creek Wilderness Completion Act amends the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993 to include approximately 6,817 acres of land within the Routt National Forest as part of the Sarvis Creek Wilderness. The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to carry out activities necessary for the control of fire, insects, and diseases in the Sarvis Creek Wilderness Addition. The Act ensures that the treaty rights of any Indian Tribe are unaffected and allows for Indian Tribes to access and use the area for traditional, religious, and cultural purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
