A BILL
To establish penalties for violating section 104(f) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Aid Accountability Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Penalties for violating section 104(f) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
