A BILL
To reduce exclusionary discipline practices in schools, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Ending Punitive, Unfair, School-based Harm that is Overt and Unresponsive to Trauma Act of 2025” or the “Ending PUSHOUT Act of 2025”.
