Creates a new P-4 nonimmigrant visa for mobile entertainment workers.
The Restoring Industry Development in Entertainment Act, or RIDE Act, amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to create a new P-4 nonimmigrant visa for mobile entertainment workers. This visa is for individuals employed by mobile entertainment providers, such as carnivals and circuses, or their affiliates, who travel around the United States on a temporary or seasonal basis. The Act requires the Department of Labor to certify that there are not enough U.S. workers available to perform the required labor or services.
