The Stop Antisemitism on College Campuses Act amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education from authorizing, facilitating, funding, or supporting events promoting antisemitism on campus. The bill defines antisemitism using the working definition adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016. Institutions found in violation of this prohibition will be barred from participating in student loan and grant programs under title IV of the Higher Education Act.
