A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to establish a criminal penalty for unauthorized access to Department of Defense facilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Guarding and Administering Trespass Enforcement, Controlling Restricted Areas, and Stopping High-risk Encroachment Recidivism and Sabotage Act” or the “GATE CRASHERS Act”.
