A BILL
To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide compensatory time for employees in the private sector.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Working Families Flexibility Act of 2025”.
