Establishes a case management system for constituent casework in the House of Representatives.
The Constituent Casework Continuity Resolution establishes a case management system for records of casework with respect to constituents, known as the House Constituent Casework System. Each Member must designate an employee to act as the constituent casework archivist. This archivist must submit a record of any constituent request for assistance to the House CCS within a week. The Clerk can access these records if a vacancy arises in the Member's district. Records must be updated and include details such as contact information and the nature of the request.
