- (A) pathways to citizenship for the millions of undocumented, long-term residents of the United States who are the Nation’s family members, friends, and neighbors;
- (B) humanitarian protection pathways that welcome with dignity those who are seeking safety in the United States, including by providing broad and meaningful access to asylum, upholding the Nation’s domestic and international legal obligations to provide refuge to those in need; and
- (C) expanded legal pathways for family and employment immigration, recognizing that family unity and strengthened protections for all workers in the United States are foundations of thriving communities for all;
