RESOLUTION

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 21, 2026, as the “Ray Gaesser Memorial Farm Safety Week” to recognize the life and legacy of Ray Gaesser, who passed away in a tragic farming accident, and promote farm safety in the honor of Ray Gaesser.

(1) supports the designation of the “Ray Gaesser Memorial Farm Safety Week”; and
(2) recognizes—
1. (A) the important life, leadership, and legacy of Ray Gaesser;
2. (B) the sacrifices farming families make to feed, fuel, and clothe the United States and the world; and
3. (C) the critical need for the promotion of live-saving education and awareness relating to the prevention of farm-related accidents.
