Mr. Keating submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Rules
RESOLUTION
Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 7016) to prohibit action to or the use of Federal funds to invade NATO countries and territories, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2. Clause 1(c) of rule XIX and clause 8 of rule XX shall not apply to the consideration of H.R. 7016.
