Mr. Barrett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce

A BILL

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require schools participating in the school lunch program or school breakfast program to publish information on any menu item or food offered or served in a lunch or breakfast, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Know What’s on the Tray Act of 2026”.
