A BILL
To provide for Federal oversight of the development and deployment of frontier artificial intelligence in interstate and foreign commerce, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Frontier Risk Oversight, National Transparency, Independent Evaluation, and Reporting Act” or the “FRONTIER Act”.
