Establishes a dedicated rural flood resilience supplemental allocation within the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program.

The Sustainable and Flood Resilient Engineering for Rural Areas Act amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to establish a dedicated rural flood resilience supplemental allocation within the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program. The President is directed to set aside 10 percent of the aggregate amount of appropriations to the Disaster Relief Fund from the previous fiscal year to provide technical and financial assistance under this section. The President shall establish a fund to be known as the SAFE Rural Fund.
