Establishes a pilot program for training government officials on security assessments of critical infrastructure.

The RESILIENCE Act of 2026 establishes a one-year pilot program for State, local, Tribal, and territorial government officials to be trained by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency regarding carrying out security vulnerability or terrorism risk assessments of critical infrastructure facilities. The Director of the Agency must submit a report on the pilot program to Congress. The Act also authorizes the Agency to maintain clearinghouses for critical infrastructure owners and operators to access security guidance and best practices.
