A BILL
To amend the “Covenant to Establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Political Union with the United States of America” to provide for modifications of the labor stabilization program transition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Northern Mariana Islands Labor Stabilization Act”.
