The No More Debt Relief to China Act requires the U.S. to withdraw from the International Monetary Fund, World Bank Group, or Asian Development Bank if these institutions provide debt relief to China. The Secretary of the Treasury must notify these institutions of U.S. withdrawal and obtain monthly reports on their financial transactions. The U.S. Executive Director at the IMF must oppose any debt relief to China. The U.S. cannot rejoin any institution from which it has withdrawn under this act.
