The Fund Schools, Not ICE Act transfers unobligated funds from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Secure America Act to the Department of Education for programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. It also requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to sell 11 immigration detention warehouses purchased between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026.
