Amends the Social Security Act to require hospitals to report patient immigration status.

The Illegal Alien Patient Reporting Act amends title XI of the Social Security Act to require hospitals participating in federal health care programs to report certain information related to patient immigration status. Hospitals must request patients to indicate their immigration status on admission forms and submit quarterly reports to the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security.
