The Less Bureaucracy, Better International Foreign Gift Transparency Act transfers all functions related to the disclosure of foreign gifts from the Department of Education to the Department of State. This includes orders, determinations, rules, regulations, permits, grants, loans, contracts, agreements, certificates, licenses, and privileges. The transfer takes effect six months after the enactment of this Act. The Secretary of State is authorized to use Department of Education personnel, assets, and funds for the transition period.
