To strengthen the 340B drug discount program.
1. Short title; table of contents; 2. Establishing a clear patient definition; 3. Allowable use and robust oversight of contract pharmacies; 4. Eligibility for child sites; 5. Improving patient affordability and protections; 6. Data reporting for transparency; 7. Enhancing program integrity; 8. Facilitating data exchange to improve program integrity; 9. Prohibition on discriminatory practices and contracting; 10. Ensuring HRSA has adequate resources to oversee the program; 11. Studies and reports; 12. Meanings; 13. Requirements for nonhospital covered entities and subgrantees; 14. Effective date
